L.O.G Gaming industry

Hello all

Well I have been Gaming for around 1 and a half decades now so I just love the hole area of where games and the platforms are going.

Some great things are going to be brought into South Africa and the rest of Africa, some things we're thought to be impossible to be brought in or too expensive but be sure to stick around.
Land Of Gamers is working long hours to bring you the latest Weekly reviews/previews of the coolest games you can get.

L.O.G will be heading into a new direction and the journey will be long, challenging, but we are all going to have so much fun and lots of lessons that will be learned.

So why the hell am I blabbering on like this... because I am listening to this:

L.O.G Clan Creation

So how the hell does one start a clan?

This may differ in every way so this would be a basic guide line on how you do just that.

Step 1: Clan Name (Give your clan a good catchy name that can be broken down into a shorter name like "Order of Templar" the shorter name would be "OOT".

Step 2: Decide your Game and platform support (this will vary if you are a clan that does multiple games) for a easy route try stick to 1 game.

Step 3: Build your clan website, you can use WordPress or if you want the easy way out use a blogger app.

Step 4: Depending on the Game your clan supports rent a server or try start one of your own, be sure to read your ISP terms and condition before you do that also stick with a low slot server (when your clan grows so does your servers).

Step 5: Get some comms servers going (Team Speak 3, ventrillo, Skype)

Step 6: Start recruiting if you have friends that are with you on this get together and go to all Gaming forums you guys can find put up recruiting adds, each forums page should have it's own recruiting area for clans.

Step 7: Place a donations button on your site so members (if they want) can help pay for those servers.

Tip: It is the best of my experience that I let you all know that you should try and build a realism clan, realism clans build their own rank structure or they use the Armies or navy what ever you pick go for it.
People love realism clans so try your best to stick with it it really gets big.

Tip: If your the owner stay the owner do not pass rank to anyone stay in your position as leader.
