Fully aware that it brings it all together but really cramming all 32 thousand people into one tiny venue is really insane. Poor air conditioners couldn't even keep up, I managed to pickup some type of flue that I can't seem to shake off. No but really wouldn't it be 100% more interesting to have one Massive rAge LAN and then one weekend to have the whole dome for cosplay and all the stands?
Not to mention you create a bit of a health risk if you can't keep the air cool enough for all those people, you also gotta contend with all the computers and equipment working 110% during the event to show off upcoming games as well as all the overclockers and their rigs and all the LAN peeps with their rigs heating up the place.
But it was still cool, met up with the Guys from Headset Solutions as well as the Plantronics Country manager. Always a pleasure meetings some interesting people, managed to bump into some DGL players mainly a guy named Aaron, this guy has got some talent honestly. From checking on equipment to busting out some moves out in the middle of the Ticketpro Dome (rAge). Honestly such a nice young fella and some of his team mates also fall into the same category. Always a pleasure gents!
Not much of a fan when it comes to console, but there was a lot to be had when it comes to the Playstation's new VR headset, of corse it wouldn't be a spectacle if Xbox wasn't around too with their fancy looking controllers and boxes. Alienware also showed off some of their new line laptops and preferable.
Not much else to say, but thanks rAge for the passes and to the staff running the Plantronics stand.
